1. Who We Are
Beneath the World Tree is a travelling Viking and folklore-inspired stall offering handcrafted items, jewellery, home décor, drinking horns, armour, patches, and accessories, along with a small-scale photography experience at selected events.
Our goal is to provide meaningful keepsakes and high-quality goods inspired by Norse myth, history, and nature. We trade across the UK at markets, re-enactments, and festivals, as well as through our official website:

2. Orders, Bookings & Cancellations
- All orders and bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Online orders may have a lead time of up to eight weeks, depending on product type and availability.
- Event bookings (e.g., photo experiences) are non-refundable once confirmed unless cancelled by Beneath the World Tree due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, illness, or logistical issues).
- If an event or service is cancelled by Beneath the World Tree, we will notify you promptly and offer either a reschedule or refund where appropriate.
- For physical product sales at events or online, refunds or exchanges are only offered in cases of faulty or damaged goods upon receipt.
3. Payments
- Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Online transactions are processed through secure third-party providers such as PayPal or Stripe.
- Beneath the World Tree does not store or process credit/debit card details directly.
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include any applicable UK taxes.
4. Customer Responsibilities & Safety
By engaging with our stall or photo experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Certain items (e.g., armour, horns, axes, shields) may carry a risk of injury or damage due to weight, material, or handling.
- You participate in any photo or interactive experience at your own risk and agree to follow all staff instructions.
- Parents or guardians accept full responsibility for any minors or dependents under their care when interacting with our displays or handling equipment.
- Beneath the World Tree accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage caused by misuse of products or failure to follow guidance.
5. Intellectual Property
- All logos, designs, text, photographs, and product artwork relating to Beneath the World Tree are the intellectual property of Beneath the World Tree.
- You may share our images or content for non-commercial purposes (e.g., social media posts with attribution).
- You may not copy, alter, sell, or republish our content, branding, or media without prior written consent.
6. Online Behaviour & User Conduct
When engaging with us via our website, email, or social media, you agree not to:
- Post or send any unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.
- Harass, impersonate, or abuse staff or other customers.
